A Gem of An Idea

So you’ve got the idea to renovate the kitchen.  When executed well, a kitchen or bathroom remodel can add significant value to your existing home.

Unfortunately, this type of renovation is one the most intrusive and complex projects to undertake.  This is because of the number of people involved.

Depending on the scale of the project, you could be dealing with:

  • Designers
  • Millworkers
  • Inspectors
  • Electricians
  • Plumbers
  • Drywallers
  • Flooring Installers
  • Painters
  • Bankers
  • Contractors

And if things go of the rails, you could dealing with:

  • Alternate accommodations
  • Marriage councellors

Kitchens and bathrooms are the most intrusive types of remodels to perform.  The cost of such work is not insignificant.  And it’s very easy to be frustrated by events which in hindsight seem so simple to avoid.

The solution . . . Foresight!
